Petrosia Restaurant in Oia, Santorini, has been welcoming guests from all over the world since 1948 when it initially opened as a simple, cozy tavern. The famous recipes of Petrosia are based on simple, yet powerful, flavors blended with the culinary traditions of Santorini, as well with the modern international trends, adjusted to the Mediterranean flavors. Every dish prepared here has its base in some old recipes of Grandfather Alekos and Grandma Artemia. Pure ingredients are selected, many of which come from the family’s production, and everything is fresh and homemade, keeping the quality and the healthy Greek food on top of the restaurant's priorities.
